Support worker required for the Oxford area, supporting people in supported living for people with mental health problems. This can be a challenging role, but is a highly rewarding one.
Duties include teaching life skills and encouraging residents to get involved in the running of the scheme and motivating them to do more for themselves. Clients may need assisting with medication.
Shifts include days, nights, sleep in's and weekend work.
