- Support Worker - substance misuse specialist in Newbury

We are looking for a support worker specialising in working within mental health, substance misuse and people with criminal backgrounds.
The role involves working with young people in supported housing, supporting them through care plans to help them overcome thier substance misuse problems.
Other aspects of the role include teaching life skills and helping with budgeting as well as liaising on behalf of the clients with outside agencies such as the benefits agency, colleges etc.
