£28000 - £30000 annual salary
Full time / permanent
A great permanent management role within an established homecare chain who are now expanding in the Oxfordshire area.
The role includes taking charge of the management and day to day running of the homecare franchise, including ensuring the highest standards of care are met, overseeing care plans and rota's with the support of the care co-ordinators and working with the business owner to build and develop the organisation.
The successful candidate will be an experienced manager within care or homecare, or a senior or deputy looking to make the next step into management. The minumum straining requirement is NVQ3 or equivalent but the candidate must be willing to train toward NVQ5 (leadership and management) in care.
