Mental Health Rehabilitation Home Manager/QCF L5

We are currently seeking an experienced Register Manager to work in a small, male only rehabilitation home in Cardiff, South Wales.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is constantly expanding in the Mental Health sector.

The main expectation of the manager is to work alongside the Operations Manager and Support Staff to provide support and rehabilitation for Service Users both inside the home and in the wider community.

The successful candidate will act as registered Manager undertaking the duties set out in regulations, national minimum standards and contractual requirements as well as in accordance with the companies own mission, vision, values, expectations, policies and procedures.
