Support Worker / Learning Disabilities / Autism

£8 - £9.50 per hour plus holiday pay

Support Workers needed for temporary work supporting people with learning disabilities and autism in supported living in the Aylesbury vale area.

Various shifts and times available. Full time or part time work.

The role involves providing care and support, helping with medication and general household duties as well and financial support and taking part in activities and outings. Challenging behaviour can sometimes be a factor also. A key aspect of the role is encouraging and supporting clients to enable them to live as independently as possible with the highest standards of support and care.

Applicants will need to be trained and experienced in care and support work, ideally with experience of working with learning disabilities and autism.
