Support Worker
We are currently recruiting Support Workers to work within a residential home for service users with learning difficulties; including challenging behavior and autism. Our client believes in the independence of the individual, and strongly promotes encouragement and support throughout their services. With beautifully furnished accommodation, this is a positive environment for service users, and the team who work there.
Some experience is necessary, but full on the job training will be given. Successful applicants will need have an NVQ Level 2 Health and Social care and have had working experience with challenging behavior and learning difficulties. A compassionate and patient outlook, and strong work ethic is essential.
Full driving licence is essential for this role.
