Children's Home Manager/ Service Manager / Milton Keynes
£30,000 - 40,000 pa
This is an excellent career opportunity for a children's service
manager to join a quality, private care provider, supporting looked
after children in Aylesbury.
The organisation operates a therapeutic support model for children
who have emotional and behavioural needs. The service prides itself in
providing an exceptional environment and an experienced and highly
trained staff team to support the children.
The focus is on instilling positive influences on the children as well as providing stability and care.
The role includes taking charge of the service, managing the staff
team and ensuring the high quality standards of the organisation are
upheld. Other duties include organising rota's, record keeping and
reporting and ensuring the service exceeds all of it's obligations in
relation to it's regulatory bodies.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and trained
professional with a background in the children's services sector,
ideally with experience of children's service management.
