A great opportunity has come up for an experienced room leader to work in a lively, busy nursery based near Wallingford. The ideal candidate will be qualified to level 3 in childcare & education, will be willing to learn new skills and to help with the continual improvement of the nursery for both staff, children and parents.

You will be working in partnership with the management, staff and trainee teams to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and particularly the room you will be managing. You will be attending staff meetings, and contributing with creating new and exciting activities for the children such as arts and crafts, cooking, music and story telling amongst other development plans. You will be working closely with parents and carers for the children.
