A fantastic position has become available for a Deputy Manager near Wallingford in a varied and busy setting, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of the daycare, creche and play schemes within the nursery and after school clubs. The scheme provides childcare for 0-11 year olds and is a busy, fun place to work. Applicants must be qualified to at least Level 3 in Childcare & Education.

You will be working with the manager to assist in the running and continual improvement of the nursery. You will be working with the staff in the rooms supporting them and ensuring there is a good working environment as well as making sure all of the children are learning and playing within the guidelines of the company. You will be assisting with the budget, administration, record keeping and maintenance upkeep and ensuring Ofsted regulations are met. You will be planning team meetings and attending training sessions as well as other commitments.
