Registered manager wanted for a fantastic job opportunity in Oxford, working with a leading local provider of support for people with learning disabilities.
The role involves managing the team, organising the rota as well as ensuring the home provides the highest level of care and support. The registered manager will also be in charge of ensuring the home exceeds CQC expectations and that the service is delivered to the highest possible standards.
The successful candidate will be an experienced deputy or service manager, ideally with experience as a CQC registered manager and qualified to NVQ4 or equivalent.
