We are seeking a highly committed, hands on RGN/RMN qualified nurse to work in a privately run Nursing home for older persons in Cardiff.

Candidates must have:-

· excellent team leading expertise

· fantastic communication skills

· a hands on approach

Successful candidates will be working in a team to ensure high standards are followed whilst looking after people with a variety of care needs.

You will be writing and updating care plans, administering medication and leading a team of enthusiastic and experienced care staff.

· Rate of pay will depend on experience paying between £11.50 and £14.50ph

· Hours are full time covering various shifts on an internal rota

(Candidates who are only able to work night shifts are welcomed but must be willing to also complete an ad hoc day shift so that supervision can be carried out)
