We are seeking a dedicated and optimistic RMN to work within our client’s care home for the elderly. This home is forward thinking and fast in approach, so the ideal post would suit someone willing to gain invaluable experience within a top organisation.

The role includes producing accurate and up to date paperwork in a timely fashion, such as Care plans and Risk assessments, whilst monitoring and updating them on a regular basis. It is imperative that service user’s care is tailored towards specific needs. The experience of administering medication is a must, along with strong inter-personal skills. Applicants will also need strong knowledge of Care Standards regulations.
 

You will need to have the following attributes to be considered for this role:

RMN qualification

Ability to work on own initiative with a positive attitude

Flexible and open to change

The ability to work nights and weekends (Two on, two off)

Must have own car with full clean driving licence

Terms:-

Salary - £25,000 to £26,000

Hours – 38.5 per week (with overtime available at enhanced rate)

Annual Leave- 28 days per year
